He Contributed in HGF & got recognition of HGF member also awarded JFP title in 2015, He has attended ZONE CONFERENCES (1996, 2015, 2016, 2017), NATIONAL CONVENTION (Indore1996 with Cricket team of GBJC & Mangaluru 2017) and has participated in various training programme i.e. Effective Public Speaking, Effective Decision Making, Time Management, Human Relation, Chairmanship & Parliament Procedure, Leadership in Action, LEADERSHIP 2000. JCI Admin, JCI Achieve, JCI Impact, ZOTS, LOTS, etc.

Graduated in Speech Craft and CAPP in 1996 and successfully graduated “Advantage excellence” National Administration Leadership NALANDA- 1996 at Jodhpur(1ST Nalandian from North East). In 2014 again joined movement as Associate Member of JCI Guwahati and served as LOM Advisor in 2014, Attended 100 year JCI Centanial Celebration at Hyderabad in 2015. Served Potential Zone as Zone Co-ordinator in 2015, 2016 & 2017 and awarded Prestigious award of Zone “ZONE PRESIDENT’S AWARD FOR EXCELLANCE” continues three year. Graduated as Zone Trainer in Zone Trainer Work Shop held at Chittor (Rajasthan) in 2017. His present Status in movement is renowned Zone Trainer of Indian Junior Chamber.

He has conducted more than 175 Training Programmes in various town of Assam & North Bengal for Jaycees Members, Leo Club, Lions Club, Lioness Club, Terapanthi Samaj, Maheshwari Samaj, Marwari Yuva Manch and Marwari Samelan.
