It gives me immense pleasure to introduce this Charismatic Leader, Inspiring Jaycee, a catalyst, a motivator and the positive force behind us.
AS A JAYCEE:
He has joined JCI Movement through JCI Guwahati Hunar. Served as the Treasurer, Secretary and Local Organisation President in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively.
As a Jaycee Leader he was instrumental in hosting the first ever Speechcraft (a residential training event on public speaking and presentation skills) in Zone 25, one of the youngest zones of Junior Chamber International India.
Based on his outstanding contributions and commitment to the organisation, he has been elevated to Zone as the Zone Vice President of Zone 25 in the year 2019. Currently he is serving as the Zone President of Zone 25 and marching towards success, creating everlasting imprints and sustainable solutions aligning with JCI’s everlasting peace.
PARTICIPATION IN JCI TRAININGS:
He has attended Effective Public Speaking workshops in the years 2017 and 2018.
Successfully participated in Speechcraft in 2019 hosted by JCI Tinsukia, Assam.
Through Chairmanship and Parliamentary Procedures Workshop held in 2017, he has enhanced his leadership skills and emerging to be a good parliamentarian.
He has attended Awards Orientation Seminar (AOS) in the year 2018.
He is a NALANDIAN, actively participated in National Academy of Leadership and Administration (NALANDA) in the year 2018 hosted by Jaycees of Zone XXII.
He has attended Local Organisation Member(LOM) Officers Training program in two occasions. Also attended the Presidential Academy (PA) in the year 2018 hosted by JCI Bharatpur Sanctuary, in which his leadership journey started.
He has also attended two Officers Training Programs (OTS) of JCI India for its elected officers in the year 2018 and 2019 hosted by JCI Sivakasi and JCI Jhansi Goonj respectively.

Under his able visionary leadership, principled communication, planned projects – JCI Guwahati Hunar won the following Awards at Zone Level:
1. Outstanding Local Organisation of the Zone Award 2018
2. Outstanding Personal Skill Development (ID) of the Zone 2018
3. Outstanding Growth and Development Program of the Zone 2018
All three are Winner Awards at the Zone level and awarded in the Zone Conference.
PARTICIPATION IN CONVENTIONS AND CONFERENCES:
He has attended the Nagpur National Convention of JCI India, also attended various Zone Conferences and Mid-Year Conferences.

He is a Commerce Graduate with LLB and a practicing Advocate.
He is the founder of DARSH CONSULTANCY (Service provider of Tax, Law and consultancy).

He was born on 11th January 1980, married to Jaycee Esha Gangwal, the Lady Luck behind his success and achievements. Blessed with Son Jayceelete Darsh, who is a cricket enthusiast and Daughter Jayceelete Tyesha considers her as his Sweet Angel.
